We want you to love your smile! If you are not satisfied with your Smooly purchase, here’s how refunds work:

• Refunds are available within 2 days of receiving your order.
• To request a refund, please contact us at smoolywhitening@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
